Pastörize sütlerde Bacillus cereus'un varlığı

Bu çalışma, Ankara'da, haziran, temmuz ve ağustos aylarında satışa sunulan ve farklı 5 firmaya ait toplam 120 adet pastörize süt örneğinde B. cereus'un varlığı ve kontaminasyon düzeyinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Analiz bulguları çerçevesinde, toplam 120 adet pastörize süt örneğinin 56'sında (%46.6) B. cereus saptanmış olup, kontaminasyon düzeyi örneklerin 9'unda (%7.5) $10^3$ kob/ml, 28'inde (%23.3)$10^2$ kob/ml, 19'unda (%15.8) 10 kob/ml, 64'ünde (%53.3) ise saptama sınırının (

The presence of Bacillus cereus in pasteurized milk

This study was aim to determine the presence and contamination level of B. cereus in pasteurized milk, a total of 120 samples, belong to different 5 firms and saled in June, July, august in Ankara. As the frame of analysis, B. cereus was defined in 56 (46.6%) samples among the total of 120 pasteurized milk samples and those contamination level was found as, $10^3$ cfu/ml in 9 samples (7.5%) $10^2$ cfu/ml in 19 samples (15.8%), and in 64 samples (53.3%) was found under detection level (
