Gökkuşağı alabalığı (O.Mykisss Richardson,1846) ve aynalı sazandan (C.Carpio linnaeus,1758) izole edilen laktik asit bakterilerinin genel inhibisyon ve bakteriosin ve veya bakterosin madde üretimi açısından incelenmesi

Balıklardan izole edilen Lactobacillus suşlarının genel inhibisyon (tüm Inhibitor maddelerin) ve özel inhibisyonlarının (bakteriosin ve/veya bakteriosin benzeri maddeler) tespitinde ağar diffüzyon metodu kullanılmıştır. Test bakterileri olarak koa. (+) S. aureus, koa. (-) S. aureus, E. coli, E. ColiK12, Y. enterocolitica, P. aeroginosa, B. subtilisee P. fleurescens kullanılmıştır. Lactobacillus suşlarından, özellikle L casei HS1 suşunun test bakterileri üzerinde genel inhibisyon etkisinin yüksek olduğu ve bakteriosin ve/veya bakteriosin benzeri madde ürettiği tespit edilmiştir.

Search on antimicrobial activity of lactic acid bacteria isolated from rainbow trout (O.Mykisss richardson,1846) and mirror carp (C.Carpio linnaeus.,1758)

Inhibitory effect of Lactobacillistrains which were isolated fish on coag. (+) S. aureus, coag. (-) S. aureus, E. coli, E. coli K12, Y. enterocolitica, P. aeroginosa, B. subtilis and P. fleurescens was determined by the agar diffusion method. Also, bacteriosin produced by the strains and inhibitory activities of these material were examined on the tested bacteria. L casai HS1 was found to be the highest strain that showed both general inhibition annd bacteriosin production on tested bacteria.
