Orta öğretim öğrencilerinin kimyada problem çözme basamaklarının kullanımı ile ilgili düşünceleri

Problem Çözme, zaman zaman oldukça güç bir süreç olmasına rağmen, problem çözme basamaklarının kullanılması, problemlerin daha kolay çözülmesini sağlayabilir. Bu çalışmada, Ortaöğretim öğrencilerinin kimya derslerinde problem çözerken kullandıkları problem çözme basamakları ve problem çözme sırasında karşılaştıkları güçlükler incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla, Balıkesir ilinde yer alan 5 farklı Ortaöğretim kurumundan, 10. ve 11. Sınıf öğrencilerine (N=184) bir anket hazırlanarak uygulanmıştır. Çalışmada, öğrencilerin problem çözme sırasında, problemi anlama ve doğruluğunu kontrol etme basamaklarını kullanmadıkları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

High school students' thought about the use of the stages of problem solving in chemistry

Although Problem solving can be a very difficult process; when problem solving stages are used, the problems can be solved much more easily. In this study, high school students’ problem solving stages used in solving problems in chemistry courses and their problem solving difficulties faced have been examined. For this purpose, a questionnaire was prepared and applied to 10th and 11th grades high school students (N=184) from 5 high schools in Balıkesir. It was concluded that students do not use understanding problem and controlling stages during the problem solving.
