İlahiyat ve Dinî İlimler Fakülteleri Öğrencilerinin Sosyal Girişimcilik Özellikleri: KKTC Örneği

Sosyal girişimcilik, özünde sosyalliğe ve girişimciliğe vurgu yapmaktadır. Yalın bir ifadeyle toplumsal sorunları girişimci bakış açısıyla ele almayı içermektedir. Kavrama, sosyal olgusunun kattığı anlam sosyal girişimcilerin toplumsal sorunlarla ilgilenmesidir. İlahiyat ve dinî ilimler alanı toplumsal yaşam ile iç içe bulunmaktadır. Bu fakültelerden mezun olanların büyük çoğunluğu öğretmen olmaktadırlar. Alan yazında bu bölümlerde okuyan veya mezunlar olanların sosyal girişimcilik özelliklerine dönük bir çalışma bulunmamaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, KKTC’de bulunan ilahiyat fakültesi ve dinî ilimler fakültesi öğrencilerinin sosyal girişimcilik özelliklerini çeşitli değişkenler açısından belirlemektir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2017-2018 öğretim yılı Yakındoğu Üniversitesi ve Kıbrıs Sosyal Bilimler Üniversitesi dinî ilimler fakültelerinde öğrenim görmekte olan öğrenciler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmaya veri elde etmek amacıyla Konaklı ve Göğüş (2013) tarafından geliştirilmiş olan aday öğretmenlerin sosyal girişimcilik özellikleri ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Ölçek, risk alma, özgüven ve kişisel yaratıcılık olmak üzere 3 boyuttan ve 21 maddeden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri frekans, yüzde, t Testi ve ANOVA ile analiz edilmiştir. Analizlerde IBM SPSS 23.0 programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda öğrencilerin sosyal girişimcilik düzeyleri yüksek bulunmuştur. Anlamlılık testi sonucunda not ortalaması yükseldikçe yaratıcılığın yüksek olduğu bulunmuştur. Ayrıca, hiç kitap okumayanlara göre ayda 1-4 kitap okuyanların çok daha yaratıcı oldukları bulunmuştur. Kişiler arası ilişkilerin özgüven boyutunda vasat olanla iyi olan arasında ve vasat olanla çok iyi olanlar arasında anlamlı farklılık bulunmuştur.

Social Entrepreneurship Characteristics of Students Studying at Faculties of Theology and Religius Sciences: TRNC Case

Social entrepreneurship, in essence, emphasizes sociality and entrepreneurship. In simple terms, it involves dealing with social problems from an entrepreneurial perspective. The concept that the social phenomenon adds to the concept is that social entrepreneurs are interested in social problems. Theology and Religious sciences are intertwined with social life. The majority of the graduates of these faculties are teachers. There is no study on the social entrepreneurship characteristics of those who are studying in these departments or graduates. The purpose of this study was to determine the social entrepreneurship characteristics of the students of the Faculty of Theology and Religious Sciences in the TRNC in terms of various variables. The samples of the study consisted of the students who were studying at the Faculty of Religious Sciences of the Near East University and Cyprus Social Sciences University in the 2017-2018 academic year. The social entrepreneurship scale of the candidate teachers developed by Konaklı and Göğüş (2013) was used to obtain data 278ort he research. The scale consists of 3 dimensions named risk-taking, self-confidence, and personal creativity as well as 21 items. The data of the study were analyzed using frequency, percentage, t Test, and ANOVA. IBM SPSS 23.0 program was used in the analysis. As a result of the research, students’ social entrepreneurship levels were found to be higher. As a result of the significance test, the higher the grade point average, the higher the creativity. It was also found that those who read 1-4 books per month were more creative than those who never read. Significant differences were found between the mediocre and the good and between the mediocre and the very good ones.
