Türkiye- Belarus İlişkileri Tarihi ve Rusya Faktörü

Türkiye ve Belarus’un ortak bir sınırı, ortak tarihi, kültürüveya ideolojisi bulunmamaktadır; ayrıca iki ülkenin devletyapıları, ekonomi ve güvenlik anlayışları birbirinden çokfarklıdır. Ancak bu durum, iki ülke arasındaki ilişkilerinönemli olmadığı anlamına gelmemektedir. Aslında Türkiyeve Belarus coğrafi konumlarının bir sonucu olarak ticaretaçısından muazzam bir potansiyele sahiplerdir. Bu yazıda ikitaraflı işbirliği alanları, birbiriyle kültürel ve tarihsel açıdanderin bağlara sahip olmamalarına rağmen kendine hasortaklıklarını geliştirmeyi başaran bu ülkelerin ikili ilişkileriincelenmiştir. İki ülke arasında farklı alanlardakarşılaştırılma yoluna gidilmiştir. Ayrıca, ikili ilişkilerin kısageçmişi, karşılıklı resmi ziyaretler ve kültürel temaslar daincelenmiştir.

HISTORY OF THE TURKISH-BELARUSIAN RELATIONSAND THE RUSSIAN FACTOR

Turkey and Belarus have no common border, nocommon history, culture, or ideology; theirunderstanding of state structure, economy and securitydiffers a lot. However, it does not mean that therelations between these two countries are notimportant. Actually, they have enormous potential interms of trade, as a result of their geographicallocations. In this essay, we will examine the spheresof cooperation for Turkey and Belarus, the process ofevaluation of the relations of these countries, whichhave achieved to develop their own partnership,regardless of absence of deep ties by cultural andhistorical means. The two countries are compared witheach other in different aspects. Their short history ofbilateral relations, official visits and cultural contactsare examined too.
