Erzurum piyasasında satılan yerfıstığı, antepfıstığı ve bademlerin aflatoksin yönündeki incelemesi

Bu çalışmada, Erzurum piyasasından temin edilen 22 yerfıstığı, 13 Antepfıstığı ve 9 badem numunesi aflatoksin kontaminasyonu bakımından analiz edilmiştir, ince Tabaka Kromatografisi (İTK) yöntemi ile incelenen yerfıstığı örneklerinin 5'inde (%22.7), Antepfıstığı örneklerinin 3'ünde (%23.1) ve badem örneklerinin 2'sinde (%22.2) aflatoksin (B+G)'ye rastlanmıştır. Tüm örneklerde (44) aflatoksin miktarı 1.7-18.3 ppb arasında değişmiştir. En yüksek aflatoksine (18.3 ppb) yerfıstığı örneğinde rastlanmşıtır.

The study for aflatoxin contamination of groundnuts, pistachios and almonds sold in Erzurum market

In this research, It were analyzed 22 groundnuts, 13 pistachios and 9 almonds samples obtained from Erzurum market. Thin Layer Chromatography technique was used to measure of aflatoxins (B+G). It was determinated that 5 (27.7%) of groundsnuts, 3 (23.1%) of pistachios and 2 (22.2%) of almonds includes aflatoxins. The amounts of aflatoxins for all samples (44) ranged between 1.7 and 18.3 ppb. The maximum aflatoxin level (18.3 ppb) is determinated in 1 groundnuts sample.
