COVİD 19 SÜRECİNDE MÜZİK ÖĞRETMENLERİNİN TÜKENMİŞLİK DÜZEYLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Bu araştırmada Covid 19 sürecinde müzik öğretmenlerinin iş tükenmişliklerinin bazı değişkenler açısından incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada nedensel karşılaştırma yöntemi temel alınarak; Covid 19 sürecinde müzik öğretmenlerinin tükenmişlik düzeyleri, cinsiyet, mesleki kıdem, medeni durum ve çalışılan okul türü değişkenlerine göre karşılaştırılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Konya, Mersin, Ankara, Erzurum, Trabzon ve İstanbul İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğüne bağlı özel ve devlet okullarında görev yapan 243 müzik öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında Maslach Tükenmişlik Envanteri kullanılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre Covid 19 sürecinde müzik öğretmenlerinin tükenmişliklerinin orta düzeyde olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca Covid 19 sürecinde müzik öğretmenlerinin tükenmişliklerinin cinsiyet, medeni durum, mesleki kıdem ve okul türüne göre anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği görülmüştür. Araştırma sonuçlarına dayalı olarak Covid 19 sürecinde müzik öğretmenlerinin tükenmişliklerini azaltıcı önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

INVESTIGATION OF BURNT LEVELS OF MUSIC TEACHERS DURING THE COVID 19 PROCESS

In this study, it was aimed to examine the work burnout of music teachers during the Covid 19 process in terms of some variables. Based on the causal comparison method in the research; In the Covid 19 process, the burnout levels of music teachers were compared according to the variables of gender, professional seniority, marital status and the type of school studied. The sample of the study consists of 243 music teachers working in private and state schools affiliated to Konya, Mersin, Ankara, Erzurum, Trabzon and Istanbul Provincial Directorate of National Education. Maslach Burnout Inventory was used to collect research data. According to the research findings, it was observed that burnout of music teachers during the Covid 19 process was moderate. In addition, it was observed that the burnout of music teachers during the Covid 19 process showed a significant difference according to gender, marital status, professional seniority and school type. Based on the research results, suggestions were made to reduce the burnout of music teachers during the Covid 19 process.
