Purpose - This research was conducted to identify the relationship between job crafting and work engagement. Design/methodology/approach - The universe of research consists of sales and marketing employees working in pharmaceutical companies operating in Turkey. Survey forms were collected electronically and face-to-face from 450 people, 415 of whom were included in the research report. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis were used on the data obtained. Findings- Research results have shown that there is a positive correlation between job crafting and work engagement. Discussion- According to these results, it is understood that employees who show job crafting behaviors find their job more meaningful, increase their energy and thus give themselves to their job literally emotionally, physically and mentally. In the same way, employees who exhibit proactive behaviors take initiative through job crafting and increase their motivation. A very important point for organizations is that employees whose work engagement is high they perform better than others. With this research, it is envisaged to give ideas to researchers and practitioners who will work on concepts related to employee outcomes such as dedication to work, belonging to work, and job performance.
