Bu çalışmada enterobakter identifikasyonunda kullanılan sorbitol, hareket ve indol testlerinin tek besiyerinde yapılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla farklı cins ve türlerden 285 enterobakter suşunda sorbitol, hareket ve indol testleri ayrı ayrı ve kombine besiyerinde yapılmıştır. 3 testin (+) ve (-) olmak üzere toplam 8 kombinasyonunda sadece sorbitol (+), hareket (-), indol (+) olanında sahte (-) indol sonuçları alınmış diğer 7 kombinasyonda bağımsız testler ile kombine besiyeri sonuçları aynı olarak elde edilmiştir. Konu üzerindeki çalışmalar devam etmektedir.  

This research’s aim is to make sorbitol, motility and indol tests in one media for enterobacter identification. These tests were made individually and in combined media for 285 enterobacter strains. For the 8 combinations according to (+) and (-) results of these 3 tests, only the combination of sorbitol (+), motility (-), indol (+) gave false (-) results for indol test, but all other 7 combinations same with individually tests. Researches are continuing on this subject.
