The Human beings have accepted many natural objects as sacred beings and regarded them as deities during the history. Perhaps, the sun was the most sacrified phenomenon. Aztec, Inka, Egypt, Ancient Greek and Japan have had the traces of this deitification. The Indian people who were skillfull in theogony, have made the sun sacred under various names. These namings were dependent upon the sun’s daily and annual movements. After that the sun was sanctified under the names that Surya, Savitri, Mitra, Vişnu, Pushan, Aditi and Asvins in Hinduism. So all of them was regarded as a distinct deity.
