TRAKYA BÖLGESİ’NDE BAĞ ALANLARINDA YAYGIN BULUNAN NEMATOD TÜRÜ Mesocriconema xenoplax RASKİ, 1952
Mesocriconema xenoplax dünya genelinde bağ alanlarında yaygın bulunan ektoparazit nematod türüdür.Asma köklerinde beslenen bu nematod türü su ve besin elementi alımını engelleyerek hücre için temelenerji kaynağı olan glikoz içeriğinde azalmaya neden olmakta, bu azalma etkisiyle bitkinin çevresel vebiyolojik stres faktörlerine duyarlılığı artmaktadır. Edirne, Kırklareli ve Tekirdağ illerinde bağ alanlarında2015–2016 yıllarında gerçekleştirilen sörvey çalışmalarında 0–60 cm toprak derinliğinden alınan 249toprak örneğinden santrifüj yöntemi ile izole edilen ve preparat haline getirilen bireylerin morfolojikteşhisleri gerçekleştirildiğinde bu nematod türünün Keşan, Enez, İpsala, Meriç, Uzunköprü, Şarköy,Malkara ve Süleymanpaşa ilçelerinde bağ alanlarında bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir. Toplam bağ alanlarının%52 sinde tespit edilen bu nematod türünün popülasyon yoğunluğunun 100 gr toprakta 10–70 birey olduğubelirlenmiştir.
A NEMATODE SPECIES, Mesocriconema xenoplax, RASKI 1952, WIDELY DISTRIBUTED IN VINEYARDS OF THRACE REGION OF TURKEY
Mesocriconema xenoplax is an ektoparasisitic nematode widely distributed in vineyards. Causing reduction of sucrose in roots by feeding leads plant to become more susceptible to abiotic and biotic stress factors. A survey on the incidence of nematode species were conducted in Edirne, Tekirdağ and Kırklareli Provinces and nematode was extracted by centrifuge method from some of 249 soil samples collected from 30–60 soil depth in Keşan, İpsala, Meriç, Uzunköprü, Şarköy, Malkara and Süleymanpaşa districts. Distribution rate of Mesocriconema xenoplax for Region was determined as 52%.
