Oxidative stress in nature: antioxidants in grapevine, grape and wine

Within the context of this review; the description, causes, stimulated injury and disease types and defense mechanisms of oxidative stress were evaluated in terms of human and plant physiology. Moreover, regarding both human and plant health, the functions of antioxidants involved in grapevine, grape and wine were explained.
