Olgumuzda; AP tanısıyla antibiyoterapi alan, ancak yeterli klinik yanıt alınamayan, tekrarlayan perkütan drenaj (PD) ve geniş spektrumlu antibiyotik tedavisi uygulanan diyabetik bir bayan olgu sunulmaktadır.

In our case; a diabetic woman is presented with prediagnosed as EA but poorly clinically evaluated who is being treated with repeated percutaneous drainage and wide spectrum antibiotheraphy.
