Nöbet sonrası tüberkülüm majus humerinin avulsiyon kırığı

Here we describe a 24-year-old man without a history of any disease. He presented to our clinic with right shoulder pain. He has no history of trauma and fall. Detailed inquiry revealed that he had an attack of seizure 5 days before this pain. Imaging studies showed a displaced avulsion fracture of greater tuberosity of the right humerus. The patient was diagnosed with epilepsy. This case report suggests that avulsion fractures should be remembered in case of seizures without trauma history.
