ÖĞRENME-ÖĞRETME SÜRECİNDE KULLANILABİLECEK HIZLI ÖLÇME ARAÇLARI
Bireyden beklenen özellikler değişen ihtiyaçlara göre zamanla farklılaşmıştır. Başlangıçta bireyden beklentiler daha çok rutin becerilere yönelikken zamanla bu durum yerini analitik düşünme, etkili iletişim kurma vb. becerilere bırakmış ve bu beceriler Partnership for 21st Century Skills (P21), The North Central Regional Educational Laboratory's (NCREL) "enGauge", Assessement and Teaching of 21st century skills (ATC21S), International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE), Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) ve European Reference Framework gibi çeşitli kuruluşlar tarafından 21. yy becerileri adı altında tanımlanmıştır.
QUICK ASSESSMENT TECHNIQUES USED IN LEARNING TEACHING PROCESS
The characteristics expected from the individuals changed over time according to the current needs. In the beginning, the expectations of individuals were related to routine skills. In time this situation changed and analytical thinking, effective communication, and other skills gained more importance. These skills have been defined by various organizations such as P21, The North Central Regional Educational Laboratory's (NCREL) "enGauge", ATC21S, ISTE, OECD and European Reference Framework under the name of 21st century skills. These skills have been tried to be integrated with the curriculum outcomes of various countries, but it is understood that they have been overlooked during the evaluation phase. In order to make an effective assessment for the 21st century skills, it is important for teachers to use summative and formative assessment techniques together. However, in the researches carried out, it is observed that teachers use summative assessment techniques more frequently than formative techniques. In this research, it is aimed to present the assessment tools that teachers can use effectively, practically and rapidly in the learning-teaching process for the 21st century skills expected from the individuals and to suggest how to use them in the learning and teaching process. For this purpose, tools that are effective and easy to use were determined through literature review and for which skills they can be used to develop were discussed. According to the literature review, to assess 21st century skills such as creativity and innovation, critical thinking and problem solving, communication and collaboration, information literacy, technology literacy, flexibility and harmony, self-management and taking responsibility; the tools such as; decision making, matrix, quick thinks, plus-delta, think-pair-share, background probe etc. have been presented and examples of the use of these tools have been given.
