Kurum İçi Girişimcilik Nasıl Geliştirilebilir? Bir Model ÖnerisiKurum içi girişimcilik nispeten yeni bir kavram olarak işletmelerin gündeminde yer almaya başlamıştır. Şirketlerin artan rekabet ortamında daha iyi performans göstermeleri için çalışanlarının birer girişimci gibi harekete geçirilmesi gitgide daha önemli hale gelmektedir. Şu ana kadar çok derinlemesine işlenmemiş bu alanda çalışmaların sayısının artması beklenmektedir. Bu sebeplerle, kurum içi girişimciliğin nasıl geliştirilebileceğine yönelik bir katkı olarak bu çalışma özgün bir model önerisinde bulunmaktadır. Kurum içi girişimciliğin daha iyi anlanmasına yönelik bu çalışmayla hem şirketlerin, hem yöneticilerin, hem de çalışanların faaliyetlerinin daha iyi yönlendirilebilmesi amaçlanmıştır.

How to Enhance Corporate Entrepreneurship? A Model Proposal

Corporate entrepreneurship is becoming a recent topic in the corporate agendas despite it being a relatively new construct. In the ever increasing competitiveness in the organizational arena, for firms to perform better the need for their employees to act as entrepreneurs is becoming more vital. In this not so deeply studied area, the number of studies are expected to increase. Based on these reasons, this study proposes an original model on how corporate entrepreneurship can be enhanced. Having aimed at understanding the corporate entrepreneurship contruct better, through this study companies, managers, and employees can benefit in directing their efforts more effectively.
