Renkli doppler ultrasonografi ile diabetik retinopatideki hemodinamik değişikliklerin incelenmesi

Amaç: DMda renkli Doppler USG ile göz damarlarının kan akım hızlarının ölçülmesiGereç ve Yöntem: Bu çalışma Ekim 1994-Eylül 1995 tarihleri arasında Ankara Numune Hastanesi retina ve laser bi-rimine başvuran Tip II DMlu 53 hasta ve kontrol grubu olarak hiçbir sistemik rahatsızlığı olmayan 10 olgu alındı.Olguların tümünün göz kapaklarına jel sürülerek Toshiba SSH140A Renkli Doppler ve Hitachi 555 Renkli Dopplercihazında 7.5mHzlik transducer kullanarak incelendi.Bulgular: Tüm hasta gruplarında, RDU ile SRA,SRV ve OA tesbit edilerek, pik sistolik kan akımı hızı, endsistolikkan akım hızı, ortalama kan akım hızları, pulsatilite endeksleri, ve rezistivite endeksleri ölçülmüştür.Sağlıklı ve di-abetik retinopatili gruplar kendi aralarında Mann-Whitney U testi ile karşılaştırıldı. Ayrıca bu parametrelerin diabetevreleri arasında ne gibi değişiklikler gösterdiği tek yönlü varyans analiz yöntemi ile saptandı.Tartışma: DMlu hastaların göz damarlarındaki kan akım hızları diyabetin evrelerinde ve lazer sonrası ölçümlerdefarklılık göstermektedir.Sonuçlar: Hasta gruplarının tümünün yaşı 45-70 arasında, diabetin süresi 3-30 yıl arasında değişmektedir.SRAde piksistolik kan akım hızı en yüksek kontrol, pre DR grubunda, OAde en yüksek piksistolik akım hızı kont-rol, pre DR ve Post DR de bulunmuştur. SRVde ise ortalama kan akım hızısırası ile en yüksek PDR, background DRve Pre DR grubunda, en düşük ise post-panretinal fotokoagülasyon grubunda bulundu.

Evaluated of haemodynamic changing in diabetic retinopathy by using colored doppler usg

Aim: Measuring blood fow rate of eye veins by using colored Doppler USG device at DM.Material and Method: In this study, 53 patients with Type II DM who admitted to the retina and laser departmentof Ankara Numune Hospital between October 1994 and September 1995 and 10 cases of control group having nosystematic sickness, have been investigated. All the cases have been examined by applying gel to the eyelids withToshiba SSH140A colored Doppler and Hitachi 555 colored Doppler device by using 7.5 mHz-transducer.Results : At all patient group, pik systolic blood fow rate, end systolic blood fow rate, average blood fow rates, pul-satility indexes and resistivity indexes have been measured by determining SRA, SRV and OA with RDU. Healthyand diabetic retinopathy groups have been compared between eachother with Mann-Whitney U test. Moreover, how these parameters showed a difference between diabet phases byusing one-way analysis of variance method.Discussion: Blood fow rates of eye veins of DM patience, differ from diabetic stages and post laser measurements. Conclusion: The age of all patient groups varies between 45 and 70; and diabetic duration varies between 3 and 30years. In SRA, the highest peak systolic blood fow rate has been found at pre DR group at SR; and the highest peaksystolic fow rate control in OA has been found at pre DR and Post DR. The highest average blood fow rate has beenfound at the groups of PDR, background DR and Pre DR, respectively. The lowest one has been found at post panretinal photocoagulation group.
