Rektum kanserinde total mezorektal eksizyonun lokal nüks üzerine etkisi

Kolorektal kanserler en sık izlenen gastrointestinal tümörlerdir. Kolorektal kanserlerinin % 25i rektumda izlenir.Rektum kanserlerinde tedavinin amacı üriner, seksüel ve intestinal fonksiyon kaybına yol açmadan lokal nüksü azaltacak geniş rezeksiyondur. Günümüze kadar bu amaca yeteri kadar ulaşılamamıştır. Ancak Total Mezorektal Eksizyon( TME) un rektum kanserlerinde uygulanmasıyla birlikte amaçlanan tedaviye ulaşılmış ve rektal kanserlerin cerrahi tedavisinde TME altın standart haline gelmiştir.

Efect of total mezorectal excision on local recurrence in rectal cancer

Colorectal cancers are the most common gastrointestinal tumors. About 25 % of colorectal cancers are located atrectum. The aim of treatment in rectal cancer is wide resection to reduce local recurrence without causing loss ofurinary, sexual, and intestinal functions. To date, this goal could not be reached enough. The intended treatment wasachieved with the application of Total Mesorectal Excision ( TME ) for rectal canser and TME has become the goldstandard for surgical treatment in this area.Efect of Total Mezorectal Excision on Local Recurrence in Rectal Cancer
