Çalgı Çalma Sürecinde Özdüzenlemeli Öğrenme

Çalgı öğreniminde müzik yeteneğinin yanı sıra, etkili çalışma taktiklerinin de kullanılması gerekmektedir. Çalgı çalışma süresi ile elde edilen ustalık düzeyi arasındaki ilişkiyi gösteren çok sayıda kanıt bulunmaktadır. Bununla birlikte, öğrencinin bilişsel, üstbilişsel ve güdüsel özellikleri de çalgı çalışma sürecini etkileyen etkenlerdir. Eğitim ve gelişim psikolojisi alanında önemli bir yer tutan özdüzenlemeli öğrenme ve çalgı performans düzeyi arasındaki ilişkiler son yıllarda önem kazanmaya başlamıştır. Çalgı çalışma sürecinde özdüzenleme, öğrenenlerin çalgı çalışma süreçlerini gözlemlemeleri ve her adımı denetlemeleri olarak tanımlanabilir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, çalgı çalışma sürecini özdüzenlemeli öğrenme evreleri ışığında analiz etmektir.

Self-Regulated Learning in Instrumental Music Practice

Learning to play a musical instrument requires not only musical talent, but also the huge amount of effective practice time. There is lots of evidence that shows the relationships between amount of practice time and instrumental performance level. However, cognitive, metacognive and motivational conditions of a student are the important steps of the instrumental practice process. The relations between instrumental performance level and self-regulated learning, which is consider as an important subject of educational and developmental psychology, has become an popular topic recently. Self-regulation in instrumental music practice makes the learners active participants in their learning process. The aim of this study is to analyse instrumental practice process in perspective of self-regulated learning phases.
