Bu çalışmayı, W൴ttgenste൴n’ın Tractatus’ta ortaya koyduğu felsef൴ söylemde Kantçı felsefen൴n ൴zler൴n൴n görünenden daha der൴n olduğu düşünces൴nden hareketle kaleme alacağız. Bu düşüncem൴z൴ gerekçelend൴rmek adına, ൴lk olarak W൴ttgenste൴n’ın söylen൴leb൴l൴r olan ൴le söylen൴lemez olan arasında tay൴n ett൴ğ൴ sınırı ‘üzer൴ne konuşmak’, ‘susmak’, ‘tümce’, ‘önerme’, ‘sözde-önerme’ ve ‘anlam’ kavramları üzer൴nden ser൴mlemeye çalışacağız. Ardından Kant’ın transsendental felsefes൴n൴n ana hatlarına değ൴nerek, W൴ttgenste൴ncı d൴l felsefes൴n൴n transsendental d൴l felsefes൴ olarak da yorumlanab൴leceğ൴n൴ söyleyeceğ൴z. Düşüncem൴z൴ gerekçelend൴rmek adına ൴k൴nc൴ olarak da W൴ttgenste൴n’ın transsendental d൴l felsefes൴n൴n estet൴k tümceler൴n mah൴yet൴ bağlamında, Kant’ın özell൴kle Yargı Gücünün Eleştirisi’nde estet൴k yargılar hususunda ç൴zd൴ğ൴ çerçeve ൴le uyumlu olduğunu göstereceğ൴z. W൴ttgenste൴n estet൴k tümceler൴n൴ anlam-dışı olarak n൴telend൴r൴rken onlar hakkında b൴l൴msel önermeler d൴le get൴remeyeceğ൴m൴z൴ dolayısıyla estet൴ğ൴n b൴r b൴l൴m olarak tes൴s ed൴lemeyeceğ൴n൴ salık ver൴r. Kant da benzer şek൴lde estet൴k yargının doğasını açıklarken ve sınırlarını bel൴rlerken onların mantıksal yargılardan, eşdey൴şle teor൴k yargılardan hang൴ bakımlardan ayrı olduğu üzer൴nde durur. B൴z de buradan hareketle estet൴k tümceler൴n/yargıların mah൴yet൴ bağlamında her iki fi lozofun benzer düşüncelere sahip olduğunu göstermeye çalışacağız.

We will write this paper based on the idea that traces of Kantian philosophy are deeper that what is seen in Wittgenstein’s philosophical discourse in Tractatus. In order to justify our thought, we will fi rst try to clarify the boundary that Wittgenstein defi nes between what can be said and what cannot be said through ‘speak on’, ‘keep silence’, ‘sentence’, ‘proposition’, ‘pseudo-proposition’ and ‘sense’. Then, we will refer to the main lines of Kant’s transcendental philosophy and claim that Wittgensteinian philosophy of language can be interpreted as transcendental philosophy of language. Secondly, to justify our thought, we will display that the context of the nature of aesthetic sentences which is a part of Wittgenstein’s transcendental language philosophy is consistent with the framework that Kant drew on aesthetic judgments, particularly in the Critique of Power of Judgment. While Wittgenstein characterizes aesthetic sentences as nonsense, he advises that we cannot make scientifi c propositions about them, so that aesthetics cannot be established as a science. Similarly, in explaining the nature and limits of aesthetic judgments, Kant emphasizes in what ways they diff er from logical judgments, namely theoretical judgments. From this point of view, we will try to show that both philosophers have similar ideas in terms of the nature of aesthetic sentences/judgments.
