Psikolojik Sahiplik Olgusunu Örgütsel Düzlemde Ölçmek İçin Ölçek Geliştirme Çalışması

Bu çalışmada, olumlu işgören tutum ve davranışlarını önemli düzeyde etkilediği araştırmalara sıklıkla konu olan psikolojik sahiplik olgusunu örgütsel bağlamda ölçmeyi sağlayacak bir ölçek geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Amaca yönelik olarak ilgili yazın taranmış ve dört boyutu kapsayan bir yapının oluşabileceği anlaşılmıştır. Bu boyutlar örgütsel düzey psikolojik sahiplik yapısı altında kimlikleştirme, etkililik, koruyucu odak ve içsel sorumluluk olarak etiketlenmiştir. Araştırmanın ikinci kısmında yapıyı ve alt boyutlarını kuramsal bağlara dayalı olarak açıklayacağı düşünülen soru havuzu oluşturulmuş, soru havuzunun kapsam geçerliliği test edilmiş, anket haline getirilerek uygulanması sağlanmıştır. Anket sonucunda elde edilen verilerin güvenilirlik, geçerlilik ve faktör yapılarına uygunluğu ilgili analizlerle test edilmiştir. Analizler sonucunda toplam 15 madde ve dört boyuttan oluşan yapının belirlenen dört faktörlü yapıyla uyumlu olduğu görülmüştür. Bu araştırma sonuçlarına özgü olarak geliştirilen ölçme aracı sayesinde, psikolojik sahiplenme konusunda çalışacak olan araştırmacılara katkı sağlanacağı umulurken; psikolojik sahiplik olgusunun teorileşmesi yönünde ampirik çalışmalara alt yapı sağlanmış olacaktır.

Measurement Device Development Study for Measuring in Organizational Plane of Psychological Ownership Phenomenon

In this study, it was aimed to develop a scale that will measure psychological ownership, which is often the subject of investigations that affect employee attitudes and behaviors in the positive direction, in the organizational context. it has been thoroughly searched for this purpose in the related literature and it has been understood that a four dimensional structure can be formed. These dimensions are labeled as self-Identity, efficacy, protective focus and internal responsibility under the organizational level psychological ownership structure. In the second part of the research, has been establis-hed a pool of questions that are thought to explain their sub-dimensions based on theoretical links, the content validity of the question pool has been tested, surveyed and implemented and the results obtained from the questionnaire were tested for reliability, validity and suitability to factor structures. As a result of the analyzes, it is seen that the structure composed of 15 items and four dimensions is compatible with the determined four factorial structure. it is hoped that researchers who will work on psychological ownership will contribute thanks to the measurement tool developed specifically for these research results and empirical works will be provided for the theorization of psychological ownership.
