AHP-VIKOR Bütünleşik Yaklaşımıyla Lojistik Risk Faktörlerinin ve Risk Yönetimi Araçlarının Sıralanması: Samsun İli Örneği

Bu çalışmanın amacı, lojistik iş ve işlemlerin yoğun olarak gerçekleştirildiği Samsun ilinde soğuk zincir taşımacılığı yapan firmalarda lojistik risk kriterlerinin tespit edilmesi ve lojistik risk yönetiminde kullanılan araçların sıralanmasını gerçekleştirmektir. Bu doğrultuda AHP-VIKOR bütünleşik yaklaşımı ile değerlendirmeler yapılmış ve soğuk zincir taşımacılığı yapan firmalardan, akademisyenlerden, lojistik hizmet sağlayıcılardan 25 uzman görüşü alınmıştır. İlk aşamada gerçekleştirilen AHP sonuçlarına göre lojistik risk kriterlerinin en önemlisi “Ambalajlama Riskleri” ana kriteri olmuş ve onu sırası ile; “Taşıma Kaynaklı Riskler”, “Organizasyonel Riskler”, “Satın Alma Riskleri” ve “Envanter Kaynaklı Riskler” takip etmiştir. İkinci aşamada ise VIKOR yöntemi ile lojistik risk yönetiminde kullanılan araçların sıralanması yapılmıştır. Buna göre en ideal araç “İstatistiksel Süreç Kontrolü” olarak belirlenmiştir.

Ranking of the Logistics Risk Factors and Risk Management Tools via Integrated AHP-VIKOR Approach: A Case Study of Samsun Province

The aim of this study is to identify the logistic risk factors in companies which are carrying out cold chain transportation in Samsun province where logistics work and transactions are performed intensively and to perform the sorting of the tools used in logistic risk management. In this regard, an evaluation has been carried out via integrated AHP-VIKOR approach and 25 experts opinions have been received from companies that carry out cold chain transportation, academicians, and logistics service providers. According to the AHP results in the first stage, the most important logistic risk elements has been the “Packaging Risks” and this criterion followed by “Transportation Risks”, “Organizational Risks”, “Purchasing Risks” and “Inventory Risks”, respectively. In the second stage, the tools used in logistics risk management have been ranked by VIKOR method. Accordingly, the most ideal tool has been determined as “Statistical Process Control”.
