Hemşirelik Uygulamaları Üzerinde Kontrol Kavramı

Hemşirelerin sağlık bakım hizmetini hızlı, kaliteli ve güvenli biçimdesunabilmeleri için hemşirelik uygulamaları üzerinde kontrole sahip olmalarıbeklenmektedir. Profesyonel çalışma ortamının önemli bileşenleriarasında yer alan hemşirelik uygulamaları üzerinde kontrol, örgütünher düzeyinde, hemşirelik uygulamalarını ve hasta bakım kalitesinietkileyen konularda kararlar alabilmeyi ve bu kararların sonuçlarındansorumlu olmayı tanımlamaktadır. Bu doğrultuda, bu derlemede, hemşirelikuygulamaları üzerinde kontrol kavramı açıklanarak, bu konudayapılan araştırma sonuçlarına ve hemşirelerin uygulamalar üzerindekikontrolünün geliştirilmesine yönelik önerilere yer verildi.

The Concept of Control Over Nursing Practice

Nurses are expected to have control over nursing practices so that they can administer their healthcare services in a fast, high-quality, and safe manner. Control over nursing practices, one of the important components of a professional work environment, is defined as making decisions at all levels of organization on nursing practices and issues that affect patient care quality and being responsible for the consequences of those decisions. In line with this, the concept of control over nursing practice is explained in this review, and the results of research studies conducted on this issue and suggestions for improving control over nursing practices are given.
