Sürdürülebilir Üretime Giden Yolda Deri Sektörü

İnsanoğlunun ilk iştigal konusu olan deri üretimi zaman içerisinde büyük bir gelişim, değişim ve dönüşüm geçirerek günümüz teknolojik düzeyine ulaşmış, son 30 yıl içerisinde de Dünya'da ve Türkiye'de çok dinamik bir süreç içine girmiştir. Deri üretim uygulamaları tüm diğer sektörel uygulamalarda olduğu gibi zaman içerisinde birçok yaptırıma uğramış ve uluslararası örgütlerce üretime çeşitli kısıtlamalar getirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada deri sanayinin sürdürülebilir üretime giden yolda zaman içerisinde geçirdiği değişim ve dönüşüm incelenerek sektörün gelişimi mercek altına alınmıştır.

Leather Industry Walking Towards a Sustainable Production

Leather making, have been a timeless art since dawn of civilization, reached the today's technology by developing, changing and transforming, and entered into dynamic period in worldwide during the last 30 years. Leather industry has been restricted by some international organizations and exposed to some sanctions as in the other industries.
