THE RELATION OF JOB SATISFACTION AND TURNOVER INTENTION: AN EMPRICAL STUDY IN PRIVATE SECURITY SECTOR

The companizations started with the condensation of capitalism have caused workers to orient other workplaces in which they can do the same work but which provide better work conditions. By scientific studies which were conducted on causes of work changing from the mid-1950s on, it was understood that there was a close relation between turnover (intention) and work/workplace satisfaction. Private Security Companies which were results of the capitalization of security have started to be a sector as it has become around the world. This study was conducted by thinking that the relation between turnover intention and work/workplace satisfaction could exist among private security workers. In this study, questionnaire method was used and data obtained was analyzed by electronic statistics programme
