Kopya çekme, tüm eğitim sistemlerinde ciddi bir problemdir. Bazı araştırmalara göre kopya çekme, öğrenciyle ilgili en ciddi disiplin problemidir. Kopya çekme, sık sık olduğundan dolayı dikkate alınması gereken önemli bir problemdir ve ayrıca geleneksel öğrenme ve değerlendirme süreçlerini engellemektedir. Araştırmanın amacı, "kopya çekmeye ilişkin tutum ölçeği" geliştirmektir. Araştırmada, survey yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Ölçek, Fırat Üniversitesi'nde 321 öğrenciye uygulanmıştır. Ölçeğin KMO (Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin) değeri 0.87, Bartlett testi 16059.3 ve Cronbach alpha 0.96 bulunmuştur. Geliştirilen ölçekte, 37'si olumlu ve 30'u olumsuz olmak üzere toplam 67 madde yer almıştır.

Cheating is a serious problem is whole education systems. According to some researches, cheating is the most serious student discipline problem. Cheating is considered a significant problem because of its frequency and because it interfere with conventional learning and evaluation processes. The aim of this paper is to develop "a scale for attitude towards cheating". In research, survey method was used. The scale was applied to 321 students. The KMO (Keiser-Meyer-Olkin) value of scale is 0.87, Bartlett test value is 16059.3 and Cronbach alpha is 0.96. There are total 67 items that is 37 positive items and 30 negative items in the developed scale that called "a scale for attitude towards cheating".
