Toplumlara yön veren dinî ve siyasal liderler, içinde yaşadıkları kültürel değerlerden büyük ölçüde yararlanmışlardır. Onların başarılı çalışmaları sonucunda toplumları dinamik bir yapıya kavuşmuştur. Devletler; sosyal, kültürel, siyasal ve ekonomik açıdan çözümsüzlüğe düştükleri dönemlerde, kuruluş dönemlerindeki sadeliğe genellikle özlem duyarlar. Bu bağlamda müslüman toplumlar asr-ı saadet ve ilk dört halife dönemine zaman zaman özlem duymuşlardır. Biz bu makalemizde Müslüman toplumların bu özlemini göz önünde bulundurarak asr-ı saadetteki yönetim anlayışı ve dört halifenin seçilme şekillerini incelemeye çalışacağız.

The religious and political liders who led their societies have had benefits from the cultural values of the peop. Because of their successful effort the communities come into a dynamic structure. When the countries dall into problems in social, cultural, political and econimical fields, they feel longing to the aimplicity to their establishment period. In ttis way the moslem socities feel longing of the periods of the first four khalifes and prophet. İn this article paying attention to longing of the moslem socities we are going to study the ways of the elections of the four khalifes and the governing perceptiveness during the period of the prophet.
