Örgütsel adalet algısı ve örgütsel bağlılığın tükenmişlik üzerine etkisi: Türk kamu sektöründe bir araştırma

Örgütsel etkililiği ve verimliliği olumsuz etkileyen, dolayısıyla istenmeyen bir etken olan tükenmişlik, birçok faktör ile etkileşim içindedir. Örgütsel adalet algısı ve örgütsel bağlılık da söz konusu faktörlerden ikisini ifade etmektedir. Bu çalışma, örgütsel adalet algısı ve bağlılığın tükenmişlik üzerinde etkisini, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kamu sektöründe çalışan 114 yöneticiden elde edilen verilerden yola çıkarak, kurgulanan bir yapısal eşitlik modeli çerçevesinde ortaya koymaya çalışmaktadır. Sonuçlar adalet algısı ve bağlılığın farklı boyutlarının, farklı büyüklükteki etkilerle tükenmişlik üzerinde doğrudan ve dolaylı azaltıcı etkileri olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Yönetsel uygulamalara katkılar ve sınırlılıklar ayrıca tartışılmıştır.
