Alt solunum yolu infeksiyonlarından izole edilen Streptococcus pneumoniae suşlarının serotiplendirilmesi
Çocuk ve erişkin hastaların balgam örneklerinden izole edilen 44 S.pn'eumortiae susu Pneumotest ile serotiplendirilmiştir. Suşlar 19 serotipe dağılmış, beşer suşla 19F ve 6B, dörder suşla 4 ve 14 en sık rastlanan serogrup veya serotipler olmuş, kalan 26 suş 15 serotipe 1-3 sayılarda dağılmıştır. Bu serotiplerden 16F dışındaki tümü 23 değerlikli; en fazla saptanan 19F,6B,4 ve 14 serotipleri 7 değerlikli konjuge aşı içersinde yer almaktadır.
