GÜNEYDOĞU ANADOLU’DA GEÇ ÇANAK ÇÖMLEKSİZ NEOLİTİK’TEN ÇANAK ÇÖMLEKLİ NEOLİTİK’E GEÇİŞTE YONTMATAŞ ENDÜSTRİLER

Neolitik Çağ, Çanak Çömleksiz Neolitik Dönem ve Çanak Çömlekli Neolitik Dönem olmak üzere ikiye ayrılmaktadır. Söz konusu bu dönemler arasında ekonomide, sosyal hayatta, yerleşim dokusunda, mimaride, inanç sistemlerinde, ritüellerde, sembolizmde ve her şeyden öte insanların gündelik kullanım eşyalarında kısmen belirgin bir biçimde farklılaşan geçiş süreci yaşanmıştır. Çalışmamız kapsamında Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesi’nde Çanak Çömleksiz Neolitik’ten Çanak Çömlekli Neolitik’e geçişin tespit edildiği yerleşimlerin yontmataş endüstrileri nitelik ve nicelikleri doğrultusunda incelenmiştir. Bu bağlamda, avcı-toplayıcı geçim ekonomisinin yerini tarım ekonomisine bırakmasıyla birlikte yaşanan değişim ve dönüşümler ele geçen yontmataş bulgular üzerinden değerlendirilmiştir. Yapılan inceleme ve karşılaştırmalar sonucunda Çanak Çömleksiz Neolitik Dönem’den Çanak Çömlekli Neolitik Dönem’e geçiş sürecinin sosyal, kültürel ve ekonomik hayat üzerindeki etkileri yontmataş bulgular üzerinden ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır.

CHIPPED STONE INDUSTRIES DURING THE TRANSITION FROM PRE-POTTERY NEOLITHIC TO POTTERY NEOLITHIC IN SOUTHEASTERN ANATOLIA

The Neolithic Age is divided into two periods as Pre-Pottery Neolithic and Pottery Neolithic. Among the mentioned periods; in the economy, social life, settlement texture and architecture, belief systems, rituals and symbolism, and above all, the daily use of people has undergone a highly decisive transition process. In the scope of our study, the chipped stone industry of the settlements where the transition from the Pre-Pottery Neolithic to the Pottery Neolithic were determined in the Southeastern Anatolia Region were examined in terms of their quality and quantity. In this context, the changes and transformations experienced as a result of the abandonment of the hunter-collecting subsistence economy to the agricultural economy were evaluated through the chipped stone findings. As a result of the examinations and comparisons, the effects of the transition from the Pre-Pottery Neolithic Period to the Pottery Neolithic Period on the social, cultural and economic life are aimed to be revealed through chipped stone findings.
