Güçlendirici Lider Davranışının Psikolojik Güçlendirme Üzerindeki Etkisini Belirlemeye Yönelik Görgül Bir Araştırma

Bu araştırma güçlendirici lider davranışının psikolojik güçlendirme üzerindeki etkisini incelemektedir. Araştırmaya yönelik veriler bir üretim firmasındaki 233 çalışan yoluyla sağlanmıştır. Araştırma esnasında öncelikle güçlendirici lider davranışı ve psikolojik güçlendirme kavramları tanımlanmıştır. Daha sonra oluşturulan araştırma metodolojisi ışığında korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, güçlendirici lider davranışının yetki verme, sorumluluk, beceri geliştirme ve yenilikçi performans için koçluk boyutlarının psikolojik güçlendirme üzerinde bir etkiye sahip oldukları bulunmuştur.

An Empirical Study on the Effect of Empowering Leader Behavior on Psychological Empowerment

This research was examined direct effect of empowering leader behavior on psychological empowerment. Survey data were collected from 233 subordinates working at a manufacturing firm. Initially, empowering leader behavior and psychological empowerment were defined. Consequently, correlation and regression analysis were performed according to the methodology of the research. As a conclusion, delegation of authority, accountability, skill development and coaching for innovative performance dimensions of empowering leader behavior were found to have a direct effect on psychological empowerment.
