This article provides an overview of the effectiveness of using different methods and tools in the application of the updated content of educational process. The main purpose of educational program is the structure, which differs from the traditional. The updated educational program leads to the opening of all aspects of advanced technologies. In accordance with modern demands, work is being done on new requirements that meet the needs of future generations. The main objective of the program is to update the content of education, the introduction of teaching methods and rating measure systems. The updated education system is primarily a program of quality and competence. Reviewed methods and features of formation competent person in the organization of educational activities of the future primary school teachers.
