STUDY OF BIOTECHNOLOGICAL METHOD OF PRODUCING PLANTS РETUNIA HYBRIDA L. RESISTANT TO HEAVY METALS

In work conditions for introduction in culture in vitro Рetunia hybrida L. are picked up and the culture is received callus. The degree of toxic action of ions of cadmium, zinc and lead is investigated, including at their joint presence for callus cultures and the whole plants, in particular, petunias hybrid. Influence of concentration of cadmium, lead and zinc on seeds of a plant, growth and survival rate callus cells is studied. It is shown, that accumulation of heavy metals in plants depends on features of a kind, properties of metal and conditions of environment.
