Problems Formation of Socially-oriented Personality of the Future Teacher

This article examines the socio-political and economic crisis of society, which actualized the problem of the need to revise pedagogical approaches, critical re-evaluation of the existing scientific, theoretical and practical systems of personal education, since in the humanistic paradigm, the teacher acts not only as a teacher teaching certain disciplines, but also as a teacher. In a society dominated by education and information, the education system is a major part of the innovation economy. An innovative economy, where strict requirements are formed, requires not only the use of knowledge, but also its replenishment as necessary.
