Web of Science’da Taranan Dijital Tedarik Zinciri Çalışmalarının Bibliyometrik Analizi

Bibliometric Analysis of Digital Supply Chain Studies Scanned in Web of Science

Digitization has greatly impacted society, businesses and supply chain processes. With the effect of changing and developing technologies, the scientific world and businesses have made many attempts and studies to create strategies for digitalization processes, to change and adopt infrastructure, to manage and to determine its performance and effects. In this context, this article aims to examine scientific research on supply chain management in the field of digitalization with a bibliometric approach. For this purpose, this article analyzes 663 articles in SCI-EXPANDED, SSCI, A&HCI, CPCI-S, CPCI-SSH, BKCI-S, BKCI-SSH, ESCI databases according to chronology, discipline, source, center, country and citations parameters. The data set consists of articles from scientific journals published in the period of 1995-2021. In addition, information on the articles on 'digital supply chain' was taken from the Web of Science database electronically and transferred to the R program, and all calculations and operations for tables and graphics were carried out through the Rstudio program. As a result of the analyzes made in the research, it has been determined that digitalization in supply chains is an area that has increased and developed significantly in the last ten years. In addition, the USA is the most influential country and the topics are 3 clusters (1) performance, impact and supply chain, (2) management, innovation and framework, concepts and practices, and (3) concepts of future, big data, internet and supply chain management. found to be built around it.
