Teknokentlerdeki Uluslararası Teknoloji Firmalarının Uluslararasılaşma Yöntemleri ve Uluslararasılaşma Sürecini Etkileyen Faktörler
Firmaların hedeflerinden birisi de yurt dışında büyümektir. Yurtiçinde yeteri büyümeye ulaşan firmalaryurtdışı faaliyetlerine başlayabilmektedir. Bazı firmalar yurtiçinde ki pazar sorunları yüzünden direkyurtdışı faaliyetlere başlarken, bazen de yurtdışı büyüme oranına arttırmaya gidebilir. Bu çalışmanınamacı, teknokentlerde faaliyet gösterip yurtdışına açılan firmaların, uluslararasılaşma süreci, pazaragiriş yöntemi seçimleri ve bu süreci etkileyen faktörler arasındaki benzerlik ve farklılıkları araştırmaktır.Ankara bulunan teknokentler içinde uluslararasılaşmış firmalar üzerinde yapılan araştırmada, nitelaraştırma yöntemi olarak örnek olay incelemesi seçilmiştir. Uluslararası ticaret yapan 12 adet teknolojifirması üzerinde yapılan araştırmada firma sahibi, firma ortağı veya yönetici düzeyindeki çalışanlar ilederinlemesine görüşmeler yapılmış ve süreci açıklamak için derinlemesine anlamak amacıyla sorularsorulmuştur. Yapılan mülakat deşifresi sonucunda firmaların hangi uluslararasılaşma teorilerine göreuluslararasılaştıkları, pazara giriş için seçilen yöntemler ve yurtdışına açılma sebepleri kapsamındasınıflandırılmıştır. Çalışmada firmaların benzer teorilere göre uluslararasılaştığı, giriş yöntemi seçtiğive uluslararası ticaret kapsamında benzerlik gösteren özeliklerinin olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.Uluslararasılaşmak isteyen teknoloji firmalarının benzer yollar üzerinden ilerlemesi zamanı kısaltırken,başarı oranını arttırmaktadır. Firmaların benzer yöntemler kullanması önerilmektedir.
Internationalaziation Methods and Factors Affecting the Internationalaziation Process of International Technology Companies in Technoparks
One of the goals f the companies is to grow abroad. Companies that have achieved suficent growth in the domestic market can start their activities abroad. While some companies start their activities abroad directly due to market problems in the host country, sometimes this companies may g oto increase the growth rate abroad. The aim of the this study is investigate the similarities and differences between the internationalization process.Other one is the choice of market entry method and the factors affecting this process of business operating in technoparks and opening to abroad. Otherwise, case study was chosen as a qualitative research method in the research conducted on internationalized business in technoparks located in Ankara. In the survey conducted on 12 technogy companies engaged in international trade, company owner, partner or manager level employees were interweed and questions were asked to explain the process in the depth. As a result of the deciphering of the interviews, according to which internationalization theories companies become internationalized, the methods chosen for entering the market and the reason for going abroad are classified. In the study, it was concluded that firms internationalize according to similar theories, choose entry method and have similar characteristics within the scope of international trade. The advancement of tchnology companies that want to internationalize on similar paths shortens the time and increase the success rate. Businesses are recommended to use similar methods.
