PSİKOLOJİK SÖZLEŞME İHLALİ ALGISININ OLUŞMASINDA ZORUNLU VATANDAŞLIK DAVRANIŞININ ETKİSİ: LİDER-ÜYE ETKİLEŞİMİNİN DÜZENLEYİCİ ROLÜ

Psikolojik sözleşme ihlali algısı çok sayıda olumsuz örgütsel sonuçlara neden olmaktadır. Bu yüzden psikolojik sözleşme algısını etkileyen unsurların belirlenmesi önemlidir. Bu çalışmada, zorunlu vatandaşlık davranışının psikolojik sözleşme algısı üzerindeki etkisi ve bu ilişkide lider-üye etkileşiminin düzenleyici rolü incelenmiştir. Araştırma kesitsel bir çalışma olup, veriler, kolayda örnekleme yöntemiyle, özel sektörde çalışan 192 katılımcıdan toplanmıştır. Hipotezleri test etmek için korelasyon ve regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Analiz sonucunda, zorunlu vatandaşlık davranışının psikolojik sözleşme algısı üzerinde ve lider-üye etkileşiminin bu ilişkide düzenleyici etkisi olduğu tespit edilmiştir Sonuç kısmında yöneticiler ve araştırmacılar için uygulama alanları tartışılarak öneriler sunulmuştur. THE EFFECT OF COMPULSORY CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR ON THE PERCEPTION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL CONTRACT BREACH: THE MODERATING ROLE OF LEADER-MEMBER EXCHANGE

Psychological contract breach is an antecedent of a substantial amount of organizational outcomes. Therefore, it is important to identify the factors affecting psychological contract breach perception. In this study, it was investigated that the effect of compulsory citizenship behavior on the psychological contract breach and the moderating role of leader-member exchange in this relationship. Using the cross-sectional design, the data was gathered from 192 participants working in the private sector by convenience method. Correlation and regression analyses were performed to test hypotheses. Results revealed that compulsory citizenship behavior has effect on the psychological contract breach and leader-member exchange moderates this relationship. Managerial implications, limitations and suggestions have been discussed.
