E-Personel Tedariki: BIST 100 Şirketlerinin Personel Tedarik Yöntem ve Araçlarına Yönelik Bir İnceleme

Geleneksel insan kaynakları yönetiminden elektronik insan kaynakları yönetimine geçiş, insan kaynakları yönetiminin tüm faaliyetlerini etkilemiştir. Bu faaliyetlerden en önemlisi kuşkusuz elektronik işgören tedarikidir. 1990’ların ortalarından bu yana, üstün nitelikli insan kaynağını örgüte çekebilmek için, elektronik tedarik giderek artan bir şekilde işletmeler tarafından tercih edilmektedir. Bu doğrultuda bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren işletmelerin e-tedarik politikalarına ilişkin bir değerlendirme yapmaktır. Bu kapsamda, BIST 100 Endeksi’nde yer alan şirketlerin e-tedarikte kullandıkları yöntem ve araçların belirlenmesi amacıyla, kariyer web siteleri incelenerek veri toplanmıştır. Tedarik yöntemleri, arama yeteneği, başvuru sırasında kullanılan araçlar ve gizlilik/güvenlik politikası boyutlarında frekans analizleri ile genel bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Bunun yanı sıra, şirketlerin faaliyet gösterdikleri sektör türüne göre kariyer web sitesi/genel amaçlı istihdam web sitesi kullanma, arama özelliği, iş ilanı yayımlama, özgeçmiş oluşturma imkanı ile şirketlerin ana değerler/vizyon, gizlilik/güvenlik politikası, şirket kültürü ve sosyal yardım ve hizmetleri konusunda bilgi sunma boyutlarında bir karşılaştırma yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın, hem araştırmacılara hem de uygulayıcılara, Türkiye’de tercih edilen etedarik yöntem ve araçlarının ortaya çıkarılması açısından katkı sağlaması beklenmektedir.

E-Recruitment: A Review Of BIST 100 Companies' Recruitment Methods And Tools

The aim of this study is to make an assessment of the e-recruitment policies of businesses operating in Turkey. In this direction, data was collected through an examination of career websites of companies in the BIST 100 Index, in order to determine the methods and tools used by them in e-recruitment. A general evaluation was made with frequency analysis in terms of recruitment methods, search capability, tools used during the application, and privacy/security policy. In addition, a comparison was made in terms of providing information on the subject on the company's main values / vision, privacy / security policy, company culture and social assistance and services, the possibility of using a career website / general purpose employment website, search feature, posting job postings, creating a resume, according to the type of sector in which the companies operate. It is expected that the study will contribute to both researchers and practitioners in terms of revealing the preferred e-recruitment methods and tools in Turkey
