Eski Uygurcada Āyurveda tıbbı ve beş unsur

Yaş am bilgisi anlamındaki āyurveda tıbbı, genel olarak canlıbedenini oluş turan be ş unsura ba ğlıdır. Canlı bedeni ve karakterözellikleri be ş unsurdan oluş ur ve bu be ş unsurun olumsuz olaraketkilenmesi canlının hem bedensel hem de zihinsel olarakhastalanmasına neden olur. Yine be ş unsurdan oluş an vücudun üçunsuru vaṭa, pitta, kaphaya ba ğlı pek çok hastalık meydana gelir.Ayrıca vücuttaki üç unsura ba ğlı olarak plazma, kas, ya ğ, kan,kemik, ilik ve cinsel organlar oluş ur ve bu organların sa ğlıklı olmasıiçin de üç unsurun sa ğlıklı olması gerekir. Kiş inin sa ğlıklı ya da hastaolmasında be ş unsurun önemli olması kadar kiş inin yediği yiyeceklerde önemlidir. Kiş i tatlı, tuzlu, ekş i, buruk, acı, kekremsi olaraksıralanan altı tadı mevsimine göre yiyip içmelidir. Böylece kiş ibedeninde ve zihninde oluş an hastalıklardan kurtulmuş olacaktır. Eski Hint kültüründe önemli yere sahip olan āyurveda tıbbı, canlılarınbedenini ve zihnini kurtararak kurtuluş a ula ş tırmayı hedefleyenBudizm ile birle ş miş ve dinî bir de ğer kazanmış tır. Budizm ileyoğrulan āyurveda tıbbı, Budizm sayesinde geniş coğrafyalarayayılmış ve yayıldıkları yerlerin kültürleriyle de kayna ş mış tır. Bukültürler arasında Uygurları da sayabiliriz ki Uygurlar Çin, Tibet gibimilletlerden Budizmi almış ve buna ba ğlı olarak da pek çok eserikendi dillerine çevirmiş lerdir.

Ayurvedic medicine and the five elements in old Uyghur

The science of the life the meaning of ayurvedic medicine, ingeneral, depends on the five elements composed of the living beingbody. The living body and character feature consists of five elements,and adversely affected of these five elements causes both physicallyand mentally ill live. Again, the three humors of the body consists offive elements vata, pitta, kapha occur depends on many diseases.Also, depending on the three humors in the body plasma, muscle, fat,blood, bone, marrow and reprodictive" are formed and these threehumors to be healthy organs must be healthy. Person is healthy or sickenough to be significant in the five elements of food that people eat isalso important. People should eat and drink sweet, salty, sour,pungent, bitter, astringen the six tastes according to the season. Sothat in body and mind of the person will be saved from the disease. Ayurvedic medicine which has an important place in the culture ofancient Indian gained in Buddhism aiming to reach salvation andassociated a religious values. Ayurveda medicine mixed withBuddhism, and was spread large geographical by Buddhism, and werefused with the culture of the spread places also. Among the thiscultures can be counted the Uyghurs also. Uyghur has receivedChinese, Tibetan Buddhism and many texts have turned into their ownlanguage.
