Hastanelerde algılanan örgütsel destek ile örgütsel öğrenme arasındaki ilişkinin belirlenmesine yönelik bir araştırma

Bu çalışma sağlık çalışanlarının çalıştıkları hastanelerin örgütsel öğrenme düzeylerine ilişkin değerlendirmelerinin, çalışanların kişisel özelliklerine ve örgütsel destek algılarına göre farklılık gösterip göstermediğini tespit etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışma evrenini Ankara ilinde faaliyet gösteren dört kamu hastanesi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama yöntemi olarak anket kullanılmıştır. Analitik nitelikte olan araştırma, Nisan - Haziran 2010 tarihleri arasında kesitsel olarak yapılmıştır. Araştırmada örneklem seçilmemiş, evrenin tümüne ulaşılması hedeflenmiştir. Veriler SPSS 17.0 paket programında analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular: Anket, toplam 2220 sağlık çalışanına dağıtılmış olup geri dönüş oranı %53.6 olarak gerçekleşmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda; sağlık çalışanlarının örgütsel öğrenme ile ilgili değerlendirmelerinin örgütsel destek algılarından, medeni durumlarından ve idari bir pozisyona sahip olup olmamalarından anlamlı şekilde etkilendiği (p0.05). Sonuç: Sağlık çalışanlarının örgütsel öğrenme düzeylerinin sürekli geliştirilmesi için özellikle idari pozisyona sahip olmayan ve evli olan çalışanlara yönelik kurumsal desteğin ve imkânların artırılması gerekir. Çalışanların örgütsel öğrenme düzeylerinin artmasına yönelik faaliyetler ve imkânlar sağlandıkça örgütsel destek algıları da artacaktır

A study about the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational learning in hospitals

The purpose of this study determine whether level of the organizational learning of health employees depend on demographic characteristics and perception of the organizational support. Methods: The universe of the study is four public hospitals in Ankara. Questionnaire form was used as the instrument for data collection in the study. This study, which is analytical character, has been conducted as a sectional research in Ankara between on April and on May 2010. In this study, to reach all health care employees in four public hospitals is aimed. The data were analyzed in SPSS 17.0 package program. Results: The questionnaire was distributed to 2220 health employees and the response rate was 53.6 %. In the result of analysis, it was found that health employees assessments of organizational learning were significantly affected by perception of organizational support, marital status and administrative position (p<0.05), but it was not significantly influenced by job, gender, education level, age, service period, type of hospital (p>0.05). Conclusion: Organizational learning level of health care employees who in particular have not administrative status and are married, should be supported and provided for continously improve. As opportunities provided for organizational learning, perception of organizational support for health care employees also will increase
