Yöneticiye Duyulan Güvenin ve Psikolojik Güçlendirmenin Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışı Üzerindeki Etkilerini Belirlemeye Yönelik Görgül Bir Çalışma Bu çalışma, yöneticiye duyulan güvenin ve psikolojik güçlendirmenin örgütsel vatandaşlı k davranışı üzerindeki etkilerini incelemektedir. Çalışma esnasında öncelikle, yöneticiye duyulan güven, psikolojik güçlendirme ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışının tanımları yapılmıştır. Daha sonra oluşturulan çalışma metodu ışığında korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri uygulanmıştır. İlk olarak, yöneticiye duyulan güvenin örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışlarından çalışanlar arası uyum boyutu üzerinde bir etkiye sahip olduğu bulunmuştur. Daha sonra, psikolojik güçlendirmenin anlam boyutunun örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışlarından vicdan sahibi olma boyutu üzerinde, yetkinlik boyutunun ise örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışlarından işletme ile özdeşleşme, meslektaşlarına yönelik özgecilik ve vicdan sahibi olma boyutları üzerinde bir etkisi bulunmuştur.

An Empirical Study on the Effects of Trust in Supervisor and Psychological Empowerment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior This study was examined the effects of trust in supervisor and psychological empowerment on organizational citizenship behavior. Initially, trust in supervisor, psychological empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior were defined. Consequently, correlation and regression analysis were performed according to the methodology of the study. First, trust in supervisor was found to have a direct effect on interpersonal harmony dimension of organizational citizenship behaviors. Then, the direct effect of meaning dimension of psychological empowerment on conscientiousness dimension of organizational citizenship behaviors and also the direct effect of competence dimension on identification with the company, altruism toward colleagues and conscientiousness dimensions of organizational citizenship behaviors were found.
