Lider-Üye Etkileşiminin Yöneticiye Duyulan Güven Üzerindeki Etkisini Belirlemeye Yönelik Görgül Bir Çalışma

Bu çalışma lider-üye etkileşiminin yöneticiye duyulan güven üzerindeki etkisini incelemektedir. Çalışma esnasında öncelikle, lider-üye etkileşimi ve yöneticiye duyulan güvenin tanımları yapılmıştır. Daha sonra oluşturulan araştırma metodu ışığında korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri uygulanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, lider-üye etkileşiminin etki ve profesyonel saygı boyutlarının yöneticiye duyulan bilişsel bazlı güven üzerinde bir etkiye sahip olduğu ve aynı zamanda lider-üye etkileşiminin etki ve katkı boyutlarının yöneticiye duyulan etki bazlı güven üzerinde bir etkiye sahip olduğu bulunmuştur.

An Empirical Study on the Effect of Leader-Member Exchange on Trust in Supervisor

This study was examined the direct effect of leader-member exchange on trust in supervisor. Initially, leader-member exchange and trust in supervisor were defined. Consequently, correlation and regression analysis were performed according to the methodology of the research. As a conclusion, affect and professional respect dimensions of leader-member exchange were found to have a direct effect on cognition-based trust in supervisor and also affect and contribution dimensions of leadermember exchange were found to have a direct effect on affect-based trust in supervisor.
