Hiyerarşik Düzenden Heterarşik Düzene: Yönetişim Kavramı ve Yönetişim Teorileri

Bu çalışmada, 1980li yılların sonuna doğru önem kazanan yönetişim kavramı ve kavramın teorik yapısı üzerinde durulmuştur. Yönetişim kavramı; sosyoloji, kamu yönetimi, siyaset bilimi, planlama, uluslararası ilişkiler, iktisat, kalkınma çalışmaları gibi farklı akademik disiplinler içinde yer almaktadır. Bu çalışma kapsamında kavramın literatürde yer alan tanımlamaları ile birlikte bu disiplinler çerçevesinde teorik yapının incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır.

From Hierarchical Order to Heterarchical Order: The Concept of Governance and Governance Theories

In this study it has been emphasised the concept of “governance” which has gain importance towards the end of 1980s and theory of concept. “Governance” is involved within different academic disciplines such as sociology, public administration, political science, planning, international relations, and economics. Conjunction with definition of governance which take place in literature, in this study it is aimed to examine theoretical structure in the framework of these disciplines.
