In this study, firstly work addication and the research about it are examined. Then, the causes and consequences of overwork are determined and the demographic characteristics, behavior style and work habits relating to work addiction are analysed by conducting a research survey on businessmen. Finally, the suggestions are presented to managers for reducing risk factors resulting from work addication.
