Trichosporon asahiiye Bağlı Olarak Nozokomiyal Üriner Sistem Enfeksiyonu Gelişen Olgularımızın Değerlendirilmesi
Trichosporon asahii doğada yaygın olarak bulunan ve insanlarda nadiren enfeksiyona neden olabilen yüzeyel vefırsatçı mikoz etkeni bir mantardır. Özellikle yoğun bakım ünitelerinde yatan immun sistemi baskılanmış, kronikhastalığı ve kateteri olan hastalarda sporadik olgular şeklinde bildirilmiştir. Bu makalede, Etlik İhtisas Hastanesi Yoğun Bakım Ünitesinde Trichosporon asahii ye bağlı olarak nozokomiyalüriner sistem enfeksiyonu gelişen iki olgu sunularak literatür tartışıldı.
Evaluatıon of Two Nosocomıal Urinary Tract Infection Casea Due to Trichosporon asahii
Trichosporon asahii is an causative agent of superfisial mycosis and opportunistic mycosis and are found widely innature, it rarely cause human infection. As sporadic cases have been reported in patients with chronic disease and hada indwelling catheter especially immunocompromised patients in intensive care units. In this article, two cases of nosocomial urinary tract infection due to Trichosporon asahii at Etlik Training and Re- search Hospital, Intensive Care Unit were presented and discussed.
