Proaktif Liderlik ve Denetim

Bu çalışmada, liderlik literatürü analiz edilmiş ve sonuçta liderlik konulu çalışmalar, betimsel ve normatif olmak üzere ikili bir sınıflandırmaya tabi tutulmuştur. Bu araştırmanın odağını oluşturan proaktif liderlik modeli ise normatif liderlik sınıflandırması içerisinde değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmada, proaktif liderlik modelinin etkili denetim uygulamalarına katkı sağlayabileceği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ne var ki bu önermeyi bilimsel olarak destekleyecek daha fazla ampirik ve kuramsal çalışmaya ihtiyaç bulunduğu görülmüştür.

Proactive Leadership and Supervision

In this study the leadership literature has been analysed and the studies on leadership have been divided into two categories as descriptive and normative. The proactive leadership model, which is the center of this study, has been taken into normative leadership category. At the end of the study, it has been concluded that proactive leadeship model can contribute to effective supervisionary practises. However, it has been seen that there is a need for more empirical and theoretical studies to support this thesis scientifically.
