Bu çalışmanın amacı, işgörenlerin psikolojik sözleşme ihlal algıları ile tükenmişlik düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu; Bursa Gençlik Hizmetleri ve Spor İl Müdürlüğü’ nde görev yapan 72’i kadın, 113’ü erkek olmak üzere toplam 185 kişi oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak; Robinson ve Morrison (1995) tarafından geliştirilen ve Selekler (2007) tarafından Türkçeye uyarlanan “Psikolojik Sözleşme İhlal Algıları Ölçeği” ile Maslach ve Jackson (1981) tarafından geliştirilen ve Ergin (1992) tarafından Türkçeye uyarlanan “Tükenmişlik Envanteri” kullanılmıştır.
