Bereket Dairelerinde İnsan Haklarının Korunması İçin Bir Öneri

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Bereket Daireleri Teorisinden yararlanarak adalet ve insan hakları ile ilgili sorunları tespit etmek ve incelenen bölgelerdeki adil olmayan durumlara çözümler sunmaktır. Ayrıca bu makale adalet kavramının teorik temelini tartışmakta ve adalet teorisi ile Beytülmakdis’in jeopolitik önemi arasında bağlantı kurmaktadır. Çalışmada Irak- Suriye bölgesindeki adalet ve insan hakları ile ilgili problemlerin, Halife Ömer döneminden başlayarak aynı bölgeye aynı modeli uygulayan “umut ülkesi” barış modeliyle çözülebileceği ileri sürülmektedir. Son tahlilde, Suriye, Irak ve Mısır da dahil olmak üzere ikinci ve üçüncü dairelerde barışın sağlanması, asgari insan haklarının temin edilerek korunması bu kapsamda atılacak en önemli adım olarak görülmektedir.

A SUGGESTION TO PROTECT HUMAN RIGHTS IN CIRCLES OF BARAKAH

This study aims to identify the problem ofjustice and to offer solutions to current unjustsituations by benefiting from Barakah CirclesTheory. This paper also discusses the theoreticalbase for the concept of justice and connects thetheory of justice to the geopolitical importanceof Beytulmakdis. Additionally, it is argued inthis study that justice and human rights problemsin the cases of Iraq and Syria can be solvedwith the peace model of ‘land of hope,’ whichimplemented the same model to the same regionstarting from Caliph Umar’s period. The articleconcludes with determining the importanceof ensuring peace, providing, and protectingfundamental human rights in second and thirdcircles, including Syria, Iraq, and Egypt, whichis seen as the most crucial step to be taken withinthis scope.
