Dağıtılmış Liderlik, Yöneticiye Güven ve Okul Akademik İyimserliği Arasındaki İlişkinin İncelenmesi

Bu çalışmada, öğretmen algılarına göre yöneticiye güven, dağıtılmış liderlik ve okul akademik iyimserliği arasındaki ilişkileri ve dağıtılmış liderliğin yöneticiye güven ve okul akademik iyimserliği arasındaki aracılık rolü incelenmiştir. Araştırmaya, İstanbul ili Kadıköy ilçesinde yer alan ilkokul, ortaokul ve liselerde görevli toplam 540 öğretmen katılmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında “Yöneticiye Güven Ölçeği”, “Dağıtılmış Liderlik Ölçeği” ve “Okul Akademik İyimserlik Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde aritmetik ortalama, Pearson Momentler Çarpımı Korelasyon Katsayısı ve Regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları yöneticiye güven düzeyinin dağıtılmış liderlik düzeyini yordadığını, dağıtılmış liderliğin okul akademik iyimserliğini yordadığını ve yöneticiye güvenin okul akademik iyimserliğini yordadığını göstermiştir. Bunun yanında dağıtılmış liderliğin yöneticiye güven ile okul akademik iyimserliği arasında kısmi aracı rolü oynadığı görülmüştür.

Examining the Relationships among Trust in Administrator, Distributed Leadership and School Academic Optimism

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among trust inadministrator, distributed leadership and a school academic optimism based onteachers' perceptions and to examine the mediator role of distributed leadership inthe relationship between the levels of trust in administrator and the school academicoptimism .The participants were a total of 540 teachers employed in elementary,middle and high schools located in the Kadikoy district of Istanbul. The data weregathered through the "Trust in Administrator Scale", the "Distributed LeadershipScale" and the "School academic optimism Scale". Arithmetic mean, the PearsonProduct-Moment Correlation Coefficient, and regression analysis were used fordata analysis. The results showed that trust in administrators predicted thedistributed leadership and the school academic optimism, while distributedleadership also predicted the school academic optimism. Additionally, distributedleadership was found to have a partial mediator role in the relationship betweentrust in administrator and school academic optimism.
