Uzaktan Öğretimi Uzaktan Eğitim Yöntemi ile Öğrenmek: “E-Eğitmen Sertifika Programı”

e-Öğrenme sürecinde kalite ve başarıyı arttırmak için, bu süreçlerde rol alabilecek ya da öğretim süreçlerini teknoloji ile desteklemek isteyecek eğitmenlerin, teknoloji kullanımı konusunda güncel bilgi, beceri ve değerlerle donanmış olması gerekmektedir. Bu nedenle beklenen gelişim düzeyinin sağlanabilmesi amacıyla eğitmenlere mesleki gelişim olanakları sunulmalıdır. Bu gerçekler ışığında uzaktan eğitim ya da geleneksel eğitim sürecinde teknolojiden yararlanmak isteyen eğitmenlere "e-Eğitmen Sertifika Programı" düzenlenmiştir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, e-Eğitmen sertifika programının beklentileri ne düzeyde karşıladığını ve ne düzeyde başarılı olduğunu belirlemektir. Programın değerlendirilebilmesi amacıyla tarama yöntemi kullanılmış, programa ilişkin görüşler açıkuçlu soruların da yer aldığı bir anket aracılığı ile elde edilmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre eğitmenlerin, öğretim programı, öğretim içeriği, öğrenme-öğretme süreci ve e-Değerlendirmeye ilişkin görüşlerinin genel olarak olumlu olduğu (X ?>=4,4) görülmektedir.
